I've been stargazing for 20+ years. Recently retired, I have gotten back 
into the hobby.

I have 4 binoculars from 2.5x24 to 12x36, a Meade DS80EC and a Sovietski 
6" f/8 Newtonian.

My burning question is: The 6" has a spherical mirror. I wonder what the 
pros and cons are of installing a parabola? Would I run into tube length 
problems?
