Professionally manufactured plossel eyepieces are available today at
NEAF from Big Al for the same amount of money. Making your own eyepiece
may be a rewarding experience today, albeit in vane, when the commercial
choices have come down in price so dramatically. If you can't make NEAF,
then look at what Gary Hand is offering. Many superior alternatives are
available for the small pocketbook.
