I built this chair from plans sold by a local ATM.  The plans are 
under $20 and the parts are cheap. I have a pair of Orion 20x80's on 
mine with no support problems. They only weigh about half of what 
your planning to use, but the friction joints are adjustable, so I 
think it would still work. I departed from the original plans a 
little to add more lateral stability, though the chair would have 
worked fine without my modifications. If you are interested in the 
plans, let me know, and I will get you the designers contact 
information (I don't have it here at work).
