Both Schott and Ohara will sell BK-7 (or the equivalent) to ATMs.  Might also
try United Lens.  (They do the pyrex blanks for Willman Bell, and from what
I've seen, Edmund.)

I bought a 60 x 240 x 330 "loaf" of S-BSL7 from Ohara (lead-free BK7 type) for
$240.  This was 28 pounds of glass.
