I'm polishing a 4.25" f/5 that is 3/16" thick right now. My full thickness mirror of the same size is too heavy to use "up top". I'm hoping the thinner mirror will get the finder eyepiece closer to the main focuser. The $3 plate seems to go fast! Jim Fitch Amarillo Tx
