Why doesn't S&T get it over with and change their name to "Sky" and then we
can turn our attention to ATMJ.

I'm an ATM dabbler and a professional writer and editor. (newspapers and
magazines).
I haven't written about astronomy or ATM or ever done work for S&T or
Astronomy.

S&T is very professional, well-edited, classy, and graphically impressive
publicaction. I would guess S&T doesn't run much ATM stuff, because they
percieve the majority of their readers and major advertisers are not
interested in ATM and ATMers. I'd be curious to know how much research
they've done on this.

The best hope is that a way could be found to support an independent and
high quality on-line ATM magazine (remember, you get what you pay for).
Something with a classy look--even better than some of the very good
personal astro web pages.
