I have always liked to stir up thought to help stilulate research, growth and
experimentation within the hobby. I had no idea of wanting to counter
Randall's "ATM's dying" standpoint that I would strike such a nerve. At least
this time I don't have people thinking that my tongue-in-cheek manner is out
to get anyone or make anyone feel foolish. Finally, something worthwhile.

You guys go ahead and let ATMJ down and send stuff to S&T. Sure, Gary's rag
goes to 100,000 + people. Sure it is a 4-color glossy. Sure it has been around
for more than 50 years. Sure, you can get paid if your article is published.
And, sure you will be immortalized in the ATM community if you get published
there. But, think about it. Take all that away and then what do you have
left!.....Wait a minute, don't answer that.
