Sixtests says the mirror fails the Rayleigh Criterion @ 1/3.7, but passes
wavefront WRMS and Strehl at 1/15.2 and .843.  Most of the error vs. the
best-fit parabola is in the center of the mirror; with a 40 mm secondary
(20%), all numbers are go with wavefront P-V=1/4.3, WRMS=1/17.9, Strehl=.881.
