There are a lot of programs out there which automatically sync 
your clock over the internet every time you connect.  My favorite
is Tardis; SocketWatch is good, too.  Plenty to choose from...

Alternately, if you get a GPS card for your PC it can do the job 
just as accurately for you without connecting.
