ATM message from list owner - ads not allowed

Just a friendly reminder that ads for equipment are not allowed on the atm
list.  As you can imagine, if we allow one person to sell something on the atm
list, then we should allow everyone to post ads, and this would flood our list
with email.  Very special one of a kind items, if you check with me ahead of
time, might rate an exception.
