I read my QST either at the news stand or, for old issues, I go to the
library.  I don't know about metric countries, but here in the US, where we
spend more on prisons than we do on education, many of our libraries can't
afford to carry informative magazines.  Luckily we still have an
inter-library loan program so I can request an article, wait a few weeks,
then read the proper way to ask "Would you like fries with that sir?"

you to donate an ATMing or other book to your local library, or teach a
class at a grade or high school before you pounce all over me.
