ATM Synching to atomic clock via SNTP...

Has anyone tried using an SNTP time client on a Win95 machine
to sync to Internet atomic clocks to maintain accuracy for
programs like The Sky or Starry Night.

Before I buy one of these packages it would be nice to know
if an internet connected PC could do this while running the
astronomy program and have that programs clock reading constantly
updated to great accuracy.

It seems to me that this may be a nice way to use an automated
telescope to do time critical sightings for objects such as
sattelites or other brief astronomical occurances.

Any thoughts?
