[ATM] fix for turned up edge inside of rolled edge
I would appreciate thoughts on this problem. I am working a 26 in BVC mirror. I had a rolled edge maybe 1.5 inches wide. Eventually I reduced it to a 1/4 inch rolled strip by directing using a 8 inch tool just inside the extreme edge with accented pressure. It took a long time to clean up the resultant roughness, perhaps because of the softness of the BVC. However, I now see that I have about a 1/4 inch turned up zone just inside the rolled edge, which is itself about 1/4 inch wide. I am resigned to just leaving the outer 1/4 inch as it is and masking off this part of the mirror. But I would like to correct the turned up zone just next to it. Now, might I just treat this as if it were a rolled up edge at the extreme edge of a mirror, and use a procedure like in Textura where you use a tool, overhanging the edge slightly, and exert pressure here? Or would this lead to more problems. Thanks for your thoughts.
