You're starting where I started several years ago. I
hope you know what you're getting into! (just kidding)

I strongly recommend a search of the ATM archives!
This conversation has crossed paths with the list
multiple times and there is some excellent information
available there in the archives.

Try searching with keywords trepan and biscuit cutter.
I built a grinding machine to trepan and it works
well...slow, but well. Many others have done so very
successfully as well.
