[ATM] Finder

Updating a design that uses two OTS lenses:

    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/Ptz07-15x.len

It still needs a larger eyepiece to give the full field.
I found ER52 on the Anttlers site, but also:

    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/leyep/erf01-02x.len

Again, it uses two OTS lenses.  All other surfaces in both
the telescope and the eyepiece can be matched interferometricly
against those of the OTS lenses in each (or matched against
surfaces that are).

The price of the OTS lenses in the Erfle eyepiece is a bit high.
I'd be interested in seeing a lower priced alternative, if anyone
can find one (yes... I know... you can buy the whole eyepiece
for less than that, but that isn't the point, is it?).

All of this yields a 6x finder with a field of view of roughly 8
degrees.
