[ATM] Ellison's book
I believe that Ellison's work comes into the public domain at the end of
2006. 70 years after his death in 1936 at the end of the year.
"The Amateur's Telescope" was published in Ireland. Mark is right, the
statute relating to the termination dates of copyrights is very complex. I
suggest that anyone with an interest in republishing same consult an
intellectual property attorney. It's an area of the law that I've never
pursued, preferring criminals, bankruptcy and commercial matters.
