Nils Olof has also written thwo Sky And Telescope articles on aspects of
collimation:

How to Collimate Your Newtonian Reflector
Nils Olof Carlin; Sky & Telescope; Jun 2002; 111;

Collimation with a Barlowed Laser
Nils Olof Carlin; Sky & Telescope; Jan 2003; 121;

There is also a box, part of the first article:
Offsetting the Secondary Mirror
Nils Olof Carlin; Sky & Telescope; Jun 2002; 116;

If you buy them on line, you might have to buy the box separately.

There is also:
Collimation Epiphany
James J Slezak; Sky & Telescope; Aug 2002; 16;
I do not recall this article. I don't know if it is a how-to or a
report on results.

Find them on line by searching for "Nils Olof Carlin" at
http://pqasb.pqarchiver.com/skyandtelescope/advancedsearch.html

Or, run out to your public library. The Chicago area has quite a few
good public libraries. S&T is one of the most common magazines in
public libraries, and these articles are young enough that most
libraries will still have the back issues. Just ask the nice librarian.
