[ATM] Ellison's book

Hi,
I have collected most of the English-language literature on ATMing that 
was published prior to the Ingalls volumes.  Included in this are copies 
of Ellison's book, of which two editions appeared.  I'll see what I can 
do about posting the high-quality scans I have.

I'd also point out that these in fact were the result(s) of Ellison's 
numerous postings to "English Mechanic" - an English periodical that 
began in 1865.  To go through these articles is much like reading the 
archives of the current ATM list.  Most of the problems encountered 
today were encountered then.  Only the technology and insight available 
was different.  And one quickly appreciates how many other insightful 
minds came prior to his.

"English Mechanic" has been scanned in its entirety by Eric Hutton and 
can be ordered at www.englishmechanic.com  (While I have no financial 
connection to his offering, I did provide some of my original volumes so 
that he could complete the scanning process...)
