Thanks all! I just finished torching the epoxy'ed washers off the stone.
I'll epoxy some tiles on the stone tomorrow after sanding the surface
a little bit.

You should start with something like a pipe flange to do the hogging. That
is what I did on my 16 F5 plate.
Then after you get the curve pour a stone tool and add the washers. I used
US nickels. They are cheaper than washers.
