Jerry,

For what it's worth, I placed an order with Salem two weeks ago via 
phone. The woman was very helpful despite the small quantity I was 
ordering. I was able to order enough grit and pitch to do my mirror. 
Everything except the #320 grit had shipped by the next day and I had it 
in my hands about a week later. She said I should have the #320 in about 
1-2 weeks. I did order their synthetic pitch(Acculap) instead of Gugolz. 
I don't know if the experience would have been different otherwise.
