Parabolic reflectors added to an antenna shouldn't be
expensive.  Look around in the more rural areas and
see who has big satellite dishes in the lawn (if you
don't mind ugly) and little dishes attached to their
house.  Chances are good, they will let you have the
dish, but it might not be free.  Catch them after tax
return time - it will be cheaper.
