[ATM] 150 mm f/15 Doublet

I almost forgot; while I was looking at that BK7/F4 kit design
stuff, I found this N-SK11/F5 design (I've translated to 150 mm):

The visual Strehl is about 0.78.  The expansion rates differ by
about 1.5 ppm per degree K, so oiling instead of cementing may
need to be considered.
