 I would have to agree with Gary & Mike,
 How to build a dobson telescope by Richard Berry,
Great book, & Understanding foucault by David Harbour,
a must read if they are going to be pushing glass
though I dont think this is  a book that is for sale
out there,or is it? its on a web page  here is the
link.

Its is a fantastic read and prints out on 39 pages I
believe but its worth the time and more.
