Looks like a turned edge one way or the other on the outer 8mm or so of the
surface.  Without knowing how the fringe angle is, I can't tell whether it
is up or down.  I assume that the lines should be straight.  Depending upon
how you are going to mount the mirror and how much of it you need, you may
be there.
