Depends upon how foggy it is.  The RKE EP ins't as good an eyepiece at the
edges of the field from what a Plossl looks.  A very discriminating observer
will note that the edge focus is softer than the center of the view.  If the
problem is really obvious, I'd suspect that somebody has taken the EP apart
and failed to put it back together correctlly.  I've got a set of them and
not really noticed any problems with any of them that was noticable.
