ATM A new tracking telescope platform

Hello everyone,
 I've designed a new mount that...
Doesn't have field rotation,
Doesn't need polar alignment.
Doesn't have Latitude limits like the Poncet.
Doesn't have to be level.
Is Photographic/CCD capable without modification
to the telescope.

I'm hoping that the genious on these 2 lists can devise a
way to design and build the simpler 2 stepper
photo version.
