Ray goto Surplusshed.com they have binocular and other objectives and
eyepeices
and also star diagonals. You should be able to put together a finder pretty
cheap.
As for crosshairs look in the ATM archives there was quite a disscussion
about
different ways to make crosshairs (much better than I could explain).
