ATM Thankyou Peter

Thanks to Peter Hirtle, the University of Washington's campus refractor is
repaired and operational.  The building and surrounding overgrown
vegetation were cleaned and cleared by undergraduates.  If I knew their
names, I would list them here.  Perhaps someone more well informed could
help me give them the credit they deserve.

I want to thank Peter and all the other's involved in restoring what I knew
as a rusted over, chained and bolted squirrel nest, about which no one
spoke.
