ATM LASER light source
Macdonald, I think the way I do is different from
yours.
My method to do is PROJECT ON SCREEN, I never see the
image directly. (It is really like a projector!)
After buying a laser pointer, I just remove the len in
front of the laser diode, then it becomes the light
source. I don't have to use steel balls but use the
laser diode itself. The size and brightness of the
projected image can be adjusted by the distance from
the screen to the focus point. In a normal brightness
room, I can adjust the image to be brighter although
it becomes smaller. In a darker room, I can make it
much larger. Same focal ratio mirrors will have the
same project image, not depend on the size of the
mirrors.
But one thing I must mention is that the image is
flipped horizontally, so becareful not to make
mistakes when using Foucalt test.
P.S. I haven't seen a similar method from internet and
books, so can I call it "Wah!'s invention"? ;P
