You should go for the mirror that you wish to do!  This is a hobby where
the goal is to enjoy yourself!

If you study the issues involved and get a mentor to advise you, you
will likely finish a 16 inch before you would finish a 10 inch where you
don't bother reading material ahead of time, and don't bother asking
advice.
