ATM 16 or 10 inch for second mirror?

I sent my 8 F6 of to be coated! (thanks again to all)
As that I am now temporarily relegated to using my
amazing Tasco 3000 Super Deluxe 4.5 (with the 
roughly spherical AND dog biscuit options included)
am working out the details for mirror #2.
Yesterday at my local mirror lab a guy took a 16 
meade F4.5 and got it to beyond ~ 1/4 wave.
(I have fair confidence in these numbers, they were
taken using James Lerch's RoboVideoFocault, and
ran both throug figure45, and admir)
This mirror was 4 waves or worse before he started
3 hours earlier, and he had never done a mirror prior!
So, I am left to the conclusion that a larger mirror
with a 50% subdiameter might make a 16 F4.5
well within my experienced :-) hands reach.
The figuring of it seemed way simpler than my
8.  IS THIS POSSIBLE??????
maybe I should order a 1 meter disk :-)
