Use a regular 35 mm camera with high contrast film. I believe that film is
very slow, like ASA 12 or so-- the package insert will instruct you. You
have to mix up a special developer for it, so buy the chemicals when you
buy the film. Regular stop bath and fixer is OK for this. Also, you might
want to mount the resulting grating in a slide holder to help keep it flat.
It is a fact that you cannot BUY a ronchi grating if you are a member of the
ATM list and make your needs known.
