I just recieved a catalog at work for Anchor Optical Surplus.  Address: 4124
Edscorp Building, Barrington N.J.
Sounds like and Edmund Scientific subsidiary.  They are on line too:

Just thought I'd point out another source for lenses, windows, prisms etc.
(at better than Edmunds prices) if this was'nt already known.
