Yes.  However, *some* Craftsman lathes were made by AA.  Clausing bought Atlas
and supports some of the old Atlas products.  lathes, mostly, but there are a
few parts for the Atlas (metalworking) shaper.

Dunno who made lathes for Wards.  could well be Clausing.
