I downloaded the 32 bit version first and it complained about a DLL missing
so I then downloaded the 16 bit version and that worked.  Since I had done
the second test after logging off, I promptly forgot about sending a message
about the problem.
The sad thing is that software testers often don't have a virgin machine
(one that has just had the basic windoz software loaded and nothing else) to
do thier testing for compatibility.  It's easy to miss a file or two without
doing this as computers gather odds and ends of software at an amazing rate.
