RE: ATM 4" scope
hi Ron,
With the bit about not having a drill press, and the set screws ending up
wonky, how about drilling the holes through the two washers (stuck together
somehow (miniture clamp!), with the holes bigger than your screws (ie no
threads). Then when you epoxy the wires in between the washers you could
also sandwich nuts where the holes are - providing nice straight threaded
holes.
