Yes, the sleeks produced generally tend to be grooves rather than a real
chipping of the surface that you get from grinding with grit.  The problem
is real tho and you do need to take it all down.  The TDE is probably
because the sleeks have all been filled in but the rest of the surface
hasn't come to match it yet.
Been reading a bit of Twyman's book (found one for only $40 at
www.bookfinder.com and bought it) about how CeO works and it's interesting
along with all of the other stuff that the guy has put into that book.  It's
interesting the number of books that I have bought recently through that
service.  The cheap books are probably going to dry up after a while but
there are some nice bargains out there.
