Hi:
I've been sort of following thread and noticed a query about sound card
Oscopes here are the  filenames of different programs that can be downloaded
from the net,just do a search or try ZDNet/Cnet. Some are spec. analyzers
and have Oscope functions.
DOS: sound blaster,
grcscope.zip
sb_osc.zip
win: win sound card,
spedtg.zip
winspc.zip
scopedsp.zip
