ATM Problems with tool!

Hi,

I have two main problems with the tool I just created-

It is MUCH too thin, I didn't have anough plaster.
Only about half the size of the blank, and it is not
even. Some part are bigger than other!!!!

Am I a klutz or what?! I put anough water, but not
anough so it can slide, and I shook it, so the levels
would straighten up, and Bill Morgan said it's anough
of Plaster! Help!!!!!
