..... I (privately) chewed on this idea a few weeks back when we were
discussing relay optics, but I eventually drew the conclusion that it would
be dificult to execute as a method of summing raw light collection. And as
far as amaking a "Hyper Rich Field" scope, the exit pupil constraint is
unavoidable, unfortunately...
    The multiple objective "Hydra" that Thomas speaks of would have an exit
pupil of around 22mm diameter.... But I'll admit....the idea of a pair of
low power binox made up of 12 nested 12.5" mirrors, had me pretty excited
for a day or two though...*G*....
