ATM Grinding machine ratios

Hi all,

I'm Working on a machine like Michael's and I was just trying to figure what 
speed/RPM to gear the turntable to. Unfortunately I'm working with a 45 RPM 
AC motor so I'll only be able to change the speed through pulley changes. The 
table size will handle up to 33" but can easily be changed out to a 45". What 
RPM are people out there setting there machines to run at for mirrors 15" 
Dia. on up? My stroke rate is about 10/minute.
