Hi:
You sometimes can find it at art supplies places, or also art suppliers
carry heavy cellophane in rolls in different shades of red, I use some
that is more of a burgandy, it seems easier on the eyes, I mounted it in
some old anti-reflective screen frames for used for 12" mono monitors
I picked up the frames up for 3 for $5, I split the edge of the frame
open, leave the screen in place and place the cellophane on top of the
screening and glue the frame closed.
It seems to make the light coming from the screen more directional also.
you can use velcro to hold it to the laptop.
