ATM atm in your club

This is directed to those who are trying to start an ATM group in your
local astronomy club.....

Yesterday was my astronomy club's monthly star party.  To help stir up
some interest in atming I took a 12" blank, tool and grit to the party,
set up shop on a bench and started working on it.  Within ten minutes I
had people swarming all over me, asking all sorts of questions.  Over
the couse of an hour and a halfish I probably talked to 20 people.  

So, from this.... if you want to shake up some interest get out some
glass and take it to a star party.
