I can't answer for you but I could, although it would be a bit slow for
small lenses.

Not usually.  Having a machine shop, I probably think differently
from someone without but based on the assumption that you are the
latter, I could think of several ways to do it.

First of all, you have to decide what you are going to use for
tools, I use aluminum and find it works well. Just to get something
going, you could simply drill a hole in the bottom of the tool the
same size as the motor shaft and just drop it on.  If the shaft has
a keyway, you could broach or file one in the hole to keep it from
turning or use a set screw.
