ATM Barlow Lens

     A question or two.  What is the difference between a standard barlow
lens and a "shorty" barlow lens (except for the obvious difference in
length)?  Do the short lenses give as good an image as the standard
barlows do?  I read the article in Sky & Tel a few months back, but it did
not really address this issue.
