Hey Mike you can slow the drill down by using a variac or one of the newer
electronic speed controls. The only problem is that the drill's torque will
decrease with RPM and depending upon how much drag your bit creates it
could smoke your drill. I would find a buddy with a drill press and show
him a neat way to cut glass and or ceramics.
