ATM Aluminum anodizing

While looking around (OK I was surfing) on the web today, I came across
the following web site: http://www.caswellplating.com/nsindex.htm .

They offer a complete aluminum anodizing kit (tanks, chemicals, lead
plates, and instructions) for $145.00.  A bit much for the average ATM,
but a group or club might go together to have it around for use by
members.

Having just made some aluminum parts and musing on how to make them
black without appreciably increasing sizes, this seemed just the
ticket....yeah!  All that is left to do is add some dye to the boiling
process and presto, black parts.
