ATM atm newsgroup

I think an atm newsgroup is an idea to look at.   Especially if we could
tie it to the list.  One of the professional lists I belong to is the
HP3000 list (it's a mainframe sold by HP) that is also cross posted to
its own newsgroup.  We get a bit more spam that way, and the newsgroup
usage has gone way done the past year or two (e-mail easier than
newsgroup, more companies blocking newsgroups), but I think it is still
valuable.  If anyone wants to roll with this...
