Nunn-Baker Camera Optical Dust Cover Stolen

Atlanta Astronomy Club member, Tim Puckett, reported that the Optical Dust 
Cover to one of his Nunn-Baker Schmidt Cameras was recently stolen from his 
shop near Vila Rica, Georgia.

The Optical Dust Cover protects the corrector for the Nunn-Baker type of 
Schmidt Cameras. It is a 23 inch diameter, 1/4 inch, plano-parallel glass 
lens mounted in a black cell with Allen screw attachment for mounting to 
the Nunn-Baker corrector.

The dust cover is valued at several thousand dollars and will be very 
difficult to replace.
