Hi, One thing I forgot to mention in my last post was what the image looked like *in* focus. The image looked like it was in 3 segments. I could never get any form of a sharp image. This segmented image was semi-sourrounded by fine diffraction rings. Again, all this was viewed with in excess of x300. Carl.
